Hi! My name is Joanne Lin, and I’m a rising freshman at the University of Pennsylvania Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology Program.
In second grade, I became enthralled with computer science after seeing my sisters compete in the FIRST Lego League. Since then, I’ve been learning how to code and pursuing my passions in STEM.
In school, I joined multiple clubs including the FTC Robotics Club, STEM Academy, and Computer Science Academy—which I co-founded in December 2022.
Outside of school, I serve as the Founder & CEO of My STEM Project, a nonprofit promoting cross-cultural cooperation while developing leadership skills and computer science education. I’ve also pursued internships to further my involvement in STEM at the NASA STEM Enhancement in Earth Science Program, the University of Maryland, and the University of Washington.
I’d love to get to know you—please reach out to me through any of the platforms linked below! Thank you for visiting my website, and I hope you enjoy 🙂
