Through serving as a state officer in Washington FBLA, we dedicate numerous hours to the organization. From our meetings to preparing for conferences and events for the members, we always put our 100% effort into everything we do. Therefore, at the end of every year, the State Officer Coach gives a Presidential Service Award to every state officer, depending on how many years they have served. First-year-year state officers receive a Bronze Award for 50 hours of service. Two-time state officers receive a Silver Award. And lastly, three-time state officers receive a Gold Award! Receiving my Gold Presidential Service Award has inspired me to continue my FBLA journey and give back to the Washington FBLA members.
