In 2021, I participated in the Congressional App Challenge for Washington’s 3rd Congressional District and was awarded first place. I submitted my app, Convenient Eats, which was made to be just like a food delivery app but for small businesses. To make this app, I used Thunkable, a drag-and-drop design canvas and logic blocks, along with Google Firebase to use as my database in the app for storing customer information. I learned about the Congressional App Challenge through Kode With Klossy and was incredibly happy to have won first place!
